Fire Safety and Evacuation Training

At GroupL we are proud to provide our clients a better quality of service, better because our staff are trained to fulfill their responsibilities. We have recently completed fire safety and evacuation training for all our guards deputed at our client, Tata Motors Finance’s branches, which we manage in East India. It is a one day training programme, which takes place every six months. Training was also provided to our client’s employees at the same branches. The topics covered include – fire -fighting, emergency evacuation and assembly points.

Specialised Industrial Cleaning

GroupL was awarded the contract for specialized cleaning of the entire FCC plant in Tapukara.

The scope of work included inside and outside cleaning of cladding sheets, cleaning of cranes and rafters, cleaning of AC ducts and pillars. To complete the job successfully, we deployed the use of spider technique, 75 ft. boom lifters, scissor lifter and telescopic poles. Total area cleaned was approximately 2 lac sq. ft., taking one month to complete.

GroupL Connect, FM Conference, Mumbai 2017

The second edition of GroupL Connect was held in Mumbai on 26th May at the Four Seasons Hotel. GroupL Connect is a bi-annual flagship conference hosted by GroupL Services. The conference brings together FM professionals from reputed corporates to discuss the evolving needs of the industry and how the FM sector can shape itself to deliver better benefits to business and economy.

GroupL Services at FM Excellence Conference

Our Director, Angad Luthra was invited to speak at the FM Excellence Conference hosted by INFHRA in Mumbai on 15th February, 2017. He was part of an esteemed panel of speakers including Rajat Malhotra – Chief Operating Officer, IFM West, Jones Lang LaSalle, Dharminder Salwan – Director, Blackrock, Rajesh Munjal – Chief Operating Officer, CarzOnRent India and Shreerang Athalye – COO, Aurum Ventures.

The topic for discussion was CXO’s expectation from the FM & Admin department. Mr. Luthra also received recognition from INFHRA for GroupL Services contribution and excellence in FM sector.
